This workshop is geared at intermediate– and advanced-level speakers (B2 – C2). The focus of this workshop is to teach the organization of an expository essay.
This type is essay is usually seen in standardized exams, such as the GRE, and it is often asked for as homework in courses abroad, so if you are planning to study abroad, learning this organization strategy is essential. The workshop will consist of an overview of the components of the essay, and the participants will be asked to write an essay as evidence of what they learned.
